Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and CROSSAPP LP ("PlayAny", "we", "us") governing your use of the PlayAny mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use PlayAny. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for the activity on your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the third-party game accounts (Steam, Xbox, Epic, GOG and similar) you connect to PlayAny. Notify us at support@playany.net if you suspect unauthorized access.

PlayAny streams games you already own on supported third-party platforms to your device. We do not sell, license or distribute the games themselves. Your right to play any specific title is governed by the publisher and the platform on which you own it. Catalog, latency, and supported regions may change without notice.

PlayAny is free to download. Optional in-app purchases unlock premium features, higher stream quality, or longer session limits. All purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew at the price shown at checkout until cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refund requests are handled by Apple under their refund policy.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;
• resell, sublicense or share access without our written consent;
• circumvent regional restrictions imposed by game publishers;
• interfere with the Service, other users, or our infrastructure.

The PlayAny app, brand, UI and software are owned by CROSSAPP LP and protected by applicable IP laws. Game titles, artwork and trademarks belong to their respective publishers. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account from the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create risk for other users or third parties. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will continue to apply.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted streaming, specific latency, or compatibility with every controller or network.

To the extent permitted by law, CROSSAPP LP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) EUR 50.

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or regulatory changes. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where CROSSAPP LP is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Consumer rights granted to EU residents under mandatory local law remain unaffected.
